Multi-Build Homes ("MultiBuild") designs and builds duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes across Toronto, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and the surrounding area. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide through this website.
MultiBuild is the organization responsible for the personal information described here, and we handle it in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

When you visit the website, our analytics and advertising tools record standard technical information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, the device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This information is not used to identify you by name.

Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, and are then deleted. If you become a client, we keep project, contract, and financial records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. We will act on your request within 30 days. To make a request, contact us using the details below from the email address or phone number you gave us.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiry records and business email is restricted to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our safeguards as our business grows.
